We are required by law to protect the privacy of your medical information

that we restrict certain uses and disclosures of your health information,
and complaining if you think your rights have been violated.

your rights and our obligations under the law. We may revise our NOTICE
from time to time. The Effective Date at the top right hand side of this
page indicates the date of the most current NOTICE in effect.
You have the right to receive a copy of our most current NOTICE in effect.
If you have not yet received a copy of our current NOTICE, please ask
at the front desk and we will provide you with a copy.

Email Privacy Policy
We will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information with
anyone without your advance permission or unless ordered by a court of
law. Information submitted to us is only used to interact with you based
on your request for information or continue communications based on a
prior relationship.
All email sent contains an easy, automated way for you to cease communication.
To change your expressed interests, simply follow the instructions at
the end of any email.
If you have received unwanted, unsolicited email sent via this system
or purporting to be sent via this system, please forward a copy of that
email with your comments to The
Vessely Center for review.
